・週末が休み？…
違います。週末が休めないという意味では無く、毎日１２人が出勤で４人が休みという形。一人の先生だけ週末を休み続けるのはフェアではない。みんなが日曜日を休むと言ってもうまくまわりませんので、マネージャーがシフトを作成してフェアに休みを取って行く。週末は平日よりも高い需要が見込まれる。どうか弊社のサービス内容を理解してほしい。フィリピンの祝日と年末年始は全員が休みで、その休みを含めて全員が一ヶ月に８日休みます。

Some teachers asked me questions. I'd like to summarize the questions and answers here.
- Do we get weekends off?
No. It doesn't mean you never get days off on weekends, but every day 12 people work and 4 take a day off. It's not fair for one teacher to always rest on weekends. If everyone demands to take a day off on Sunday, things don't work well, so the manager plans a shift for everyone to fairly take days off. Higher demands are expected on weekends than weekdays. Please understand the nature of our service. Everyone has days off on Philippino holidays, year end and new year holidays. Including these holidays, everyone takes 8 days off per month.

問題ありません。何らかの理由で不都合が生じた場合、いつ出勤出来ないか、長期の場合いつまでその状態が続くのかを教えて下さい。対応します。長期の場合、待遇は少し落ちると思います。

No problem. Please kindly inform us when you cannot be at work in case any inconvenience occurs. Please also let us know how long the situation will last in case of long-term situation. We will work with you. If the situation pursues for a long time of period, please be advised that your compensation may be reduced.

今後の予定ですが、11月21日から11月30日まで、平日の８日間２pmから６pmまでをトレーニング期間とします。その期間、毎日５００ペソを研修給与として支給します。全８日間のトレーニング終了後に正式に弊社と雇用契約を交わします。
12月1日から正式な開業として一般の生徒と授業を開始します。
オファーを出した先生の中から何人がトレーニングに出られるか確認したいので、お手数ですがこのメールを受け取ったら参加できるか出来ないかを返信頂きますようお願い申し上げます。

As for the schedule, training period starts from Nov. 21 to Nov. 30, from 2pm to 6 pm for 8 days during the weekday. During the training period, we will compensate you 500 peso a day as training allowance. After completing all 8-day training, we will officially close employment contract with you.
The official class starts from Dec. 1 and you will be teaching your students.
We would like to confirm the number of attendance for the training among the teachers who we offer our job.
Please kindly reply to this email with your intention either to attend or not to attend.

About upcoming schedule, from November 21st to November 30th, 8 days on weekdays 2pm to 6pm will be training period. During this period, we pay 500 per day as training salary. After completing the entire 8 days training, we will officially make employment contract.
On December 1st, we officially open and give lessons to public students.
We'd like to know how many of the teachers we offered will be able to attend training, so after receiving this email, please let us know whether you will atten or not. Thank you very much.
