何人かの先生に質問を頂いた。その質問と答えをまとめたい。

・週末が休み？…
違います。週末が休めないという意味では無く、毎日１２人が出勤で４人が休みという形。一人の先生だけ週末を休み続けるのはフェアではない。みんなが日曜日を休むと言ってもうまくまわりませんので、マネージャーがシフトを作成してフェアに休みを取って行く。週末は平日よりも高い需要が見込まれる。どうか弊社のサービス内容を理解してほしい。フィリピンの祝日と年末年始は全員が休みで、その休みを含めて全員が一ヶ月に８日休みます。

I got some questions from teachers. I want to report the questions and the answers.

・Are you off on weekends?...
No. It doesn't mean that I cannot have a holiday on weekend, but 12 people of us are working everyday and the other 4 of us can get a day off is our style. It is not fair that one same teacher always has a day off on weekend. Also it will be complicated if everyone hopes to have a day off on Sunday, so that manager creates the shift and have a day off fairly. We can assume more demand on weekends than weekdays. I really want you to understand how our service works. In Philippines, everyone has a day off on holidays and the new year season, and all of us can get eight days off in total every month including the special occasions.
