I checked the tracking number *** on UPS homepage and found it's arrived on 9/21, however, it didn't show in "My Packages" page.
I have no idea whether it's really arrived or not? If it's arrived, I hope it shows in the webpage.

I already refer to UPS homepage searching for the tracking number *** and base on the information it will arrive on 21st September but there is no indicator on the "My Packages" screen. Can you please reconfirm back wen it will be arrive? If it is already arrive please key in on the screen.
