UPSのホームページにてトラッキングナンバー＊＊＊を確認しますと９月２１日には届いてるとのことですが、”My Packages”の画面には表示されておりません。実際届いているかご確認いただけますか？届いているのであれば画面に反映させてくださいませ。

If you check the tracking number *** on the UPS homepage, it was delivered on 21st September, but it is not being displayed in the "My Packages" screen. Can you confirm if it was actually delivered? If it was delivered, please make it reflect on the page.
