起きてすぐ決済しようとしていたのですがPayPalのセキュリティチェックが入ってしまい、それが終わらないと決済できない状況です。
発送は決済後で構いません。
※日本ではPayPalが進出に力を入れたためセキュリティが厳しくなりました。

I was going to pay soon after I woke up, but there was a seculity check on Paypal, and I cannot pay unless it is finished.
You can send it when the payment is complete.
※In Japan, the seculity of Paypal got more strict as it has starded trying to advance.
