起きてすぐ決済しようとしていたのですがPayPalのセキュリティチェックが入ってしまい、それが終わらないと決済できない状況です。
発送は決済後で構いません。

※日本ではPayPalが進出に力を入れたためセキュリティが厳しくなりました。

I'm not able to proceed to payment before they complete the process.
Shipment can be done after the payment.
