勘違いしているようですね。
商品は到着した時点で既に汚れていました。
それも輸送中に汚れたような物では有りません。
あきらかに長い時間の経過によって、素材が変色、劣化した物です。
そちらが発送前に確認をしていればこの様な事はないはずだ！
新品の商品を注文しているのに、わざと汚れている商品を
送ったのであれば、完全な詐欺だ！
至急返金をせよ！

The items were already dirty when I received them.
That didn't look like they were stained during the shipment.
The damage was clearly due to the fact the items were too old.
This wouldn't have happened if you checked them before shipping.
I conclude this is a scam if you intentionally sent me dirty items.
Issue a refund ASAP!

It was already dirty when I received it.
Furthermore, it did not look like that happened during shipping.
It is clear that the original materials have become discolored and deteriorated over a long amount of time.
If you had verified its condition before sending it this would not have happened!
Intentionally sending a dirty product when a brand new one is ordered is fraud!
I expect my money to be returned immediately!
