When you win an item in an auction-style listing or use the Buy It Now option, you have an obligation to pay the seller for the item. Items that haven't been paid for cost eBay sellers time and money. We see that you haven't paid for several items that you've purchased. You should only bid or click the "Buy It Now" button if you're completely comfortable buying the item at your maximum bid amount or the Buy It Now price.

Your account is over the limit for unpaid items, and you won't be able to buy items or place bids for the next 30 days. This limit will be automatically lifted after 30 days have passed.

Please contact your sellers to make payment arrangements. You're still able to pay for items you already won in auction-style listings or purchased through Buy It Now. You can find these items in the "Purchase History" section in My eBay. If you placed a bid on a listing that hasn't ended, and you win the item, you'll be able to pay for that item.

This restriction only affects buying. You can continue to sell as normal.
