今日3足靴が届きました。早々にサイズ変更をして頂き、ありがとうございました。
ただ、赤×ベージュのバイカラーのサンダルですが、購入時に貴店のスタッフがこのサンダルも6cmのヒールが作れるというから、購入したのにも関わらず、今更3cmしか作れないと言われても困ります。それなら、靴を返品するので料金を返して貰うか、割引をするかして欲しいです。
また、電話で直接お話をさせて頂いた時に、男性スタッフの方が今回の返品にかかった料金（3120円）を返金して下さるという話になっていたはずです。

The 3 pairs of shoe had just arrived.Thanks for changing the size quickly.
However, i can not accept your statement that you can only make 3cm heel.I bought this RedxBeige bi-color sandal after you shop staff explained me it can come with 6cm heel also.If so, i want to return the shoe and request refund or discount.
When i directly called you on a phone, your male shop staff promised me the return cost(3120 yen) will be refunded.

I just received three pairs today. Thanks for quickly processing exchanges.
Regarding the sandals in red and beige, however, I purchsed them after I double-checked with one of your sales persons that it would come with 6cm heels. If you tell me now that they come only with 3 cm heels, I would like to return them and get a refund, or I should be eligible for some discount.
Also, when I called your store for exchanges, a male representative confirmed that I would recieve a refund of return shipping (3,120 JPN).
