2 packages were shipped from Germany to Japan on 28th June. As I tracked theshipping status, 1 package arrived to Japanese Customs, but the another package seems to be still in Germany.Please let me know when this package will be shipped to Japan from Germany.

My items were shipped across two shipments on June 28 from Germany to Japan. When I tracked their status, one had arrived at customs, but the other one is still in Germany. Please let me know when they will all arrive in Japan.
