5月11日に発送依頼した11個口の商品ですが、
まだ商品が私のもとに到着していません。
その件について、先程ＤＨＬに確認したところ、ＭＹＵＳから11個口のうちの1個が
5月14日に遅れて発送されたとの連絡がありました。
1個だけ遅れる（忘れる？）とはどうゆうことでしょうか。
どの荷物がどのような理由で遅れたのか説明して下さい。
以前も12個口の商品のうち、1個が香港からアメリカにＭＹＵＳの指示で
戻ったことがありました。
今後同じことが起こらないように、どう改善するかも併せて連絡下さい。

Regarding the 11 items I ordered on the 11th of May, I have not received them as of today.
I have checked with DHL concerning this shipment earlier today, and I was informed that MYUS had forgotten to include 1 item of the 11 items ordered, so the last forgotten item was shipped out only on the 14th May.
Could you explain to me why 1 item was separately sent (forgotten)?
Please explain to me in details exactly with what sort of reason it was that the item was sent out late.
I remember that an item was, based on MYUS' instruction, sent back from Hong Kong to America before.
I would like to hear from you regarding the above together with how you are going to improve on this issue in the future.

They have not arrived yet. (But one item has not arrived yet. ですか)
I asked DHU just before, and they said that only one item out of 11 was sent later (on May 14).
Why did you sent only one item later ( You forgot?). Please explain the reason; what item was sent late and why.
I had a same experience before. One item out of 12 was sent back to the U. S. from Hong Cong under the direction of MYUS.
I don’t like the same thing happens, so please let me know how you would prevent this kind of thing.
