Even if the watch of this model has many defective problems, you could have easily found the detects by looking it a little more carefully, e.g. the back cap is upside down, the screws are not fastened firmly, etc.
You said, “All are checked before shipping.” But so many defects that can be easily found! All is nothing but your default.

If you need to consider it with your boss and you cannot reply us shortly, you should tell that to me. Then you should let me know when you can reply.
Even if there's so many issues on this model of watch, you could at least have found out about " back cover was placed upside down", " The screws were not tightened till the end." by simple exterior. inspection.
You told me that you "checked well" before shipping but you could not find out these simple issues.

You had said that you had checked the items, but since you had missed such obvious defects, I can only conclude that you had been negligent at your work.

3月26日、今回不備のあった時計を含めてあなたから３個の時計を買い
送料80ドルを支払いました。
今回不備のあった時計は返品するので
結果的に2本の時計を購入したことになり、送料は50ドルで済むことになります。

I bouth 3 watches from you, including the flawed one, on March 26, and paid 80 USD for shipping.
Because I return the flawed watch, I am suppoed to have bought 2 watches, which means the shipping charge is 50 USD.
I would like you to refund 565.5 USD, which is sum of 535.5 USD, expense for the flawed one, and 30 USD, balance of shipping charge. I would like you to reimburse the shipping cost to return the flawed watch as well.
