さて、パネルの破損ですが、
返品、返金にするか（返送料金、手数料はセラー負担）
新しいパネルを送っていただきたいと思います。
パネルにヒビがありますとジャンク品となってしまうため
半額の返金でもＯＫです。
いずれにしても早期の対応をお願いします。

So, as for the panel's damage, I would like to return it and get a refund or (with the shipping and handling fees paid for by the seller) be sent a new panel.
