Now it is stopped in the customs, and they require me to file a document by the manufacturer describing the kinetic energy (joule) of the bullets.

was the address that it got sent to then it was sent to Japan from there.
at this moment it is stuck at the japanese custom, and they are asking me for the document which provides the information of the maker and how much energy is produced in the bullet action (i joules).
