輸送ボックス、商品の外観に問題はありませんでした。ガラスパネルも割れてはいませんでした。問題なく届いたののですが、いざ確認をしてみると、イコライザーが働きません。おそらく、もともと、片側のチャンネルはイコライザーが効かなかったのではないでしょうか？
先ほど修理屋さんに確認したのですが、基本作業だけでも最低、３００ドルはかかると言われてしましました。できましたら、一部返金をお願い致します。この出費は痛すぎます。よろしくお願い致します。

There was nothing wrong about the package and the item's exterior. The glass panel wasn't broken either. So, it arrived fine but once I checked, the equalizer is not working. Maybe, the equalizer doesn't work on one side of the channel?
I checked with a repair man and he said it will take at least $300 for the basic repair. So, could you refund part of what I paid? Repair cost is too much.
