輸送ボックス、商品の外観に問題はありませんでした。ガラスパネルも割れてはいませんでした。問題なく届いたののですが、いざ確認をしてみると、イコライザーが働きません。おそらく、もともと、片側のチャンネルはイコライザーが効かなかったのではないでしょうか？
先ほど修理屋さんに確認したのですが、基本作業だけでも最低、３００ドルはかかると言われてしましました。できましたら、一部返金をお願い致します。この出費は痛すぎます。よろしくお願い致します。

The shipment from you arrived ok and everything appeared to be superficially in a good shape including the glass panel; however, the equalizer doesn't work. I'm sure it may be because the equalizer has some kinds of electrical current faults to connect with the channels of one of them.

I asked the expert about it and was told even the basic repair work would cost at least $300 to fix this problem. This expense hurts me a lot. I want you to return some of the money I already paid for this in order to pay for this repair job.
