I opened the package, and found that the packaged was opened at the customs. Even though I declared correctly the content of the package, it was returned to me. This is the problem of your country.
It is regretful, but this item no more serves as a commodity to be sold. This caused me much costs. I will refund you all the price except the shipping fee. But as my Paypal balance is not so much, I cannot immediately refund you, so please wait for around a week. This is the second time that my shipping was returned. Regretfully, I will not be able to ship items to your country.

I got the parcel and found that the seal of the item box was broken probably at your custom office. I declared the content of the item honestly, but it was returned back to me. Your country’s customs is outrageous.
The goods cannot be served for sale, and my deficit is large. I will refund the charge of the item to you, but not the charge for shipping. My Paypal account deposit, however, is scarce not, so please wait for a week or so for the refund. This is the second case of the failure with your transaction, so I am sorry I cannot send my goods to you (your country). Sorry.
