Your item return process is delaying too much, though this return was caused by your fault.
If you delays more in the return process, it will make no sense for me because my intended use period will have gone through.
I, on my side, will return it as soon as possible, so please ship the item of correct size to the following address:

If you cannot do that, I will not ask you replacement any more, instead, I will place another order and would like you to refund me for the wrong item which I received.
