私は商品を受け取りました。
しかし写真と全く違う状態でした
写真では白いホコリを被った状態ですが、届いた商品の中は全部黒い汚れが付いていました。
商品は画像と大変異なる状態で届きました。
その汚れは非常に頑固で容易にとれませんでした。
どう云う理由でこんなに写真と違う状態になったのでしょうか？
掲載されていた写真が黒い汚れの状態の写真であれは、私はもっと低い金額で購入したと思います。
ご意見をお聞かせ下さい。

The condition of the item I received is very different from the one I was in the picture.
The grime is very stubborn and difficult to remove.
How come it is so different from what I saw in the picture?
I would not have paid this much for it if I saw the picture showing black grime on this item.
