領収書作成について
私は領収書作成について質問があります。
これまでは簡易的な領収書を作成していただいていましたが、今後は注文したときには正式な領収書を作成していただいてメールで送っていただくことは可能でしょうか?
領収書には以下の内容を記載いただきたいです。
・御社の会社名と会社住所、電話番号
・商品名(型番だけではなくて、型番を含めた商品の正式名所)
・注文数量
・商品の単価と合計金額
・弊社の配送先住所と請求先住所
今後は上記の内容が記載された領収書がどうしても必要になりました。
