Aについて、弊社代理店経由でL/Cに記載の出荷納期を2023/2/28 FOB日本にアメンドするとお伺いしました。
去年の10月より製品は完成しているものの、出荷が出来ない状況が続いており、
機器の保管費用が現在も発生している状況です。
そのため、アメンドの了承の条件としましては、倉庫費用のお支払をお願いしたく存じます。
お見積書をお送り致しますので、新規POを発行いただくか、元の契約書のアメンドをお願い致します。
まずは追加費用を認めていただけるかのご返信をお願い致します。

As for “A”, I heard that the date of shipping described on L/C via our agent is 2023/2/28 and will be attended to FOB Japan.
We are in a situation where the products are completed since last October but we are still unable to start shipping, so the expense of storage of equipment occurs at the moment.
Therefore, for the condition of admission of an amendment, we highly appreciate it if you could pay the expense of storing at the warehouse.
As we will send you an invoice, please issue a PO newly or amend the original contract.
Also, please reply whether you admit the additional payment.

Regarding A. via your agent, we asked to amend to FOB Japan to ship on 2023/2/28 listed in the L/C.
