Aについて、弊社代理店経由でL/Cに記載の出荷納期を2023/2/28 FOB日本にアメンドするとお伺いしました。
去年の10月より製品は完成しているものの、出荷が出来ない状況が続いており、
機器の保管費用が現在も発生している状況です。
そのため、アメンドの了承の条件としましては、倉庫費用のお支払をお願いしたく存じます。
お見積書をお送り致しますので、新規POを発行いただくか、元の契約書のアメンドをお願い致します。
まずは追加費用を認めていただけるかのご返信をお願い致します。

Regarding A. via your agent, we asked to amend to FOB Japan to ship on 2023/2/28 listed in the L/C.
Since October last year, the products are completed, however they cannot be shipped.
As we send you the estimate, please issue either new PO or the former contract amend.
Any way, please let us know if you can accept the additional cost.
