Aについて、弊社代理店経由でL/Cに記載の出荷納期を2023/2/28 FOB日本にアメンドするとお伺いしました。
去年の10月より製品は完成しているものの、出荷が出来ない状況が続いており、
機器の保管費用が現在も発生している状況です。
そのため、アメンドの了承の条件としましては、倉庫費用のお支払をお願いしたく存じます。
お見積書をお送り致しますので、新規POを発行いただくか、元の契約書のアメンドをお願い致します。
まずは追加費用を認めていただけるかのご返信をお願い致します。

In terms of A, we have heard from our agency that you are going to amend the shipping date in L/C to February 28th, 2023 FOB Japan.
Even though the product had been completed in October last year, we cannot ship it under the current situation and its storage fees arises to us.
For this reason, we would like you to pay the storage fees as the condition of approval for amendment.
I will send you an estimate later, so we would like to ask you to issue new PO or amend the original contract.
First of all, I would like to have your reply whether you approve our suggestion or not.
