もし、袋詰め前の選別作業で長さ4cm以下の商品を全て取り除くと、原料のロスが増えコストも増えますので、長さ4cm以下は取り除く、という要望は取消していただくことは可能でしょうか。
長さ7cm以上の比較的大きな商品は、袋詰めする時に工員が手作業で、商品の一部を折るなどして、最大限努力し、御社要望の4cm-7cm内の規格に収めるようにいたします

After confirming the required standard of your company with the person in charge in your factory, we acquired the following results by manufacturing the A type of the trial product (please also confirm the attached photo).
If the products under the length of 4 cm in the selection process before packing, the total cost of the raw material increases due to the loss of the unused material. So, could we ask you for canceling your request for doing so.
We are planning to meet your request for making the relatively large products above 7 cm within 4 to 7 cm as much as we can by manually folding their parts in fractions by the factory workers when packing them.

Upon confirming the specification as you requested with the staff in charge of the factory, we tried to make a test sample using “A”, the following result was obtained(See the attached photo).
If we would remove items that are less than 4cm when sorting operation before packing to the bag, it produces a loss of material as well as increasing cost, so could you delete a request saying removing less than 4cm?
If items are longer than 7cm, before packing, our staff fold adjusts a part of the items to make 4cm to 7cm to meet your specification standard.

If we were to entirely remove those products shorter than 4cm long at the selection stage before packaging, it will create the loss of raw ingredients and additional cost. Is it possible to cancel your request to remove those less than 4 cm long?
Those relatively longer products more than 7 cm long, we will do our very best to meet your expectation to keep them to fit in the spec which is between 4-7 cm by breaking a part of the product manually by the factory employees upon packaging, etc.

3) 弊社の商品は〇〇という生産方式ですが、この生産方式は御社として問題ない方式でしょうか(この方法以外は弊社では対応できません)
