工場の担当者と御社要望の規格について確認し、Aという品種を使用して試作をしたところ以下のような結果となりました(添付の写真もご確認ください)
もし、袋詰め前の選別作業で長さ4cm以下の商品を全て取り除くと、原料のロスが増えコストも増えますので、長さ4cm以下は取り除く、という要望は取消していただくことは可能でしょうか。
長さ7cm以上の比較的大きな商品は、袋詰めする時に工員が手作業で、商品の一部を折るなどして、最大限努力し、御社要望の4cm-7cm内の規格に収めるようにいたします
Upon confirming the specification as you requested with the staff in charge of the factory, we tried to make a test sample using “A”, the following result was obtained(See the attached photo).
If we would remove items that are less than 4cm when sorting operation before packing to the bag, it produces a loss of material as well as increasing cost, so could you delete a request saying removing less than 4cm?
If items are longer than 7cm, before packing, our staff fold adjusts a part of the items to make 4cm to 7cm to meet your specification standard.
また、下記の点をご確認いただきたいです。
1) 袋詰め後の商品の中に、長さ4cm以下の商品が混入することは可能か？ もしくは、4cm以下の商品の混入率は何%くらいまで許容していただけますか？
2) サンプルの再発送は必要か？
3) 弊社の商品は〇〇という生産方式ですが、この生産方式は御社として問題ない方式でしょうか(この方法以外は弊社では対応できません)

Moreover, we would like you to make sure of the following;
1) In a package after bagging, would you mind to immix the item less than 4cm? Or, about how many per cent of your allowance resulted immix of the item less than 4cm is?
2) Will you need re-ship the sample?
3) Our products are produced by using the method called “〇〇”, is there no issue to meet your standard towards this method? (We are afraid that we are unable to handle other methods than this.)
