I would like to purchase this item.
However, it is not available via online store (out of stock); therefore, I asked a friend of mine to inquire about it to the customer service.
Below is the reply sent from the customer service to my friend.
I am the one who's interested in buying this item.
Could you please let me know whether or not this item is available in stores in Europe?
If it is available, can I purchase it at the same price as listed in the online store?
Are there any scratches or other damages to the item?
