1月14日に注文した荷物がこちらにまだ届いていません。
Fedexに問い合わせたところ、添付のファイルに荷物の情報を記入してほしいと返信がありました。
つきましては、添付ファイルの「外装」箇所にわかる範囲で記入していただけないでしょうか？
またFedexの追跡情報を見ると「荷送人の指示により荷物は配送予定日まで配送されません」となっているのですが、配送予定日を指定されましたか？
お手数ですがよろしくお願いします。

I have not received the item I ordered on January 14th.

I checked the tracking information of the Fedex. I found that "the item has not been sent until the day it is expected to be sent by the request of sender". Have you designated the day to send?
I hate to ask you a favor, but appreciate your understanding.

Also, when I checked the tracking information of FedEx, and it says “Per shipper instructions, package will not be delivered until the scheduled delivery date”, did you designate the date of shipping?
