Additional info: オンラインショップで購入した荷物が届かないためショップへ問い合わせするメールです。
文書の中にある以下の２つはもともと英語表記で下記のように書かれています。
1.「外装」→ EXTERNAL PACKAGING
2.「荷送人の指示により荷物は配送予定日まで配送されません」→ Per shipper instructions, package will not be delivered until the scheduled delivery date.

1月14日に注文した荷物がこちらにまだ届いていません。
Fedexに問い合わせたところ、添付のファイルに荷物の情報を記入してほしいと返信がありました。
つきましては、添付ファイルの「外装」箇所にわかる範囲で記入していただけないでしょうか？

またFedexの追跡情報を見ると「荷送人の指示により荷物は配送予定日まで配送されません」となっているのですが、配送予定日を指定されましたか？
