この度の納期遅延は弊社の生産管理、製造、営業とのコミュニケーション不足によるものです。

納期遅延のリカバリーをするべく、土日も工場を稼働させる予定です。
現状今週の土曜日に144本が完成する予定で、来週月曜に144本は運送会社に引き渡せる見込みです。
残りの100本については、2月28日に運送会社に引き渡せる見込みです。

輸送条件ですが、CIPもDAPも納期は変わらないかと思いますので、
大変恐縮ですが、当初の通りCIPで進めさせていただきたく存じます。

This delivery delay was caused by our lack of communication with some post; business, manufacture, and management for production.

For the recovery, We will work on Saturday, and Sunday.
With the existing state of affairs, We will finish making 144 products on this Saturday. And then, we will hand over them to carries on Monday.
The rest of them, I mean 100 products will be done and turned over in February 28th.

Now, we'll talk about a condition of delivery. There're no differences for the date of delivery between CIP and DAP.
I'm sorry but we will use CIP as originally planed.
