この度の納期遅延は弊社の生産管理、製造、営業とのコミュニケーション不足によるものです。

納期遅延のリカバリーをするべく、土日も工場を稼働させる予定です。
現状今週の土曜日に144本が完成する予定で、来週月曜に144本は運送会社に引き渡せる見込みです。
残りの100本については、2月28日に運送会社に引き渡せる見込みです。

輸送条件ですが、CIPもDAPも納期は変わらないかと思いますので、
大変恐縮ですが、当初の通りCIPで進めさせていただきたく存じます。

The delay of delivery was because of a lack of communication with the production management, manufacturing, and sales.
To recover from this situation, we decided to operate our factory also on Saturday and Sunday.
As we plan to complete the 144 pcs by this coming Saturday and another 144 pcs will be handed to the courier company.
The remaining 100 pcs will be handed in on the 28th of February.
As for transport conditions, it might not be different on either CIP or DAP, therefore, would you allow us to proceed with the CIP as planned?
