この度の納期遅延は弊社の生産管理、製造、営業とのコミュニケーション不足によるものです。

納期遅延のリカバリーをするべく、土日も工場を稼働させる予定です。
現状今週の土曜日に144本が完成する予定で、来週月曜に144本は運送会社に引き渡せる見込みです。
残りの100本については、2月28日に運送会社に引き渡せる見込みです。

輸送条件ですが、CIPもDAPも納期は変わらないかと思いますので、
大変恐縮ですが、当初の通りCIPで進めさせていただきたく存じます。

The delay in delivery is due to a lack of communication between our production management, manufacturing and sales.

We are planning to operate the factory on Saturday and Sunday to recover from the delay.
Currently, 144 units are scheduled to be completed this Saturday and 144 units are expected to be delivered to the shipping company next Monday.
The remaining 100 bottles are expected to be delivered to the shipping company on February 28.

As for the transportation conditions, I believe that the delivery time for both CIP and DAP will be the same.
We are very sorry, but we would like to proceed with the CIP as original planned.
