大変申し訳御座いません、出荷状況を工場へ確認したところ、製品の製作が予定通りにいっていませんでした。

納期が遅れている原因は、溶接士が体調不良により長期で休みになってしまったためです。
その事実が営業サイドに伝えられておらず、今になって納期遅延が発覚致しました。

現状の納期ですが、100本を2月28日出荷を予定しております。

The cause of the delay was the absence of a welding operator due to health problems for a long duration. The fact was not reported to the sales side, so the delay of delivery occurs.
