大変申し訳御座いません、出荷状況を工場へ確認したところ、製品の製作が予定通りにいっていませんでした。
納期が遅れている原因は、溶接士が体調不良により長期で休みになってしまったためです。
その事実が営業サイドに伝えられておらず、今になって納期遅延が発覚致しました。
現状の納期ですが、100本を2月28日出荷を予定しております。
納期が遅れているため、輸送条件は現在CIPですが、DAPに変更するなどフレキシブルに検討したいと考えております。

The reason for the delay is that our welder has been absent for a long time because of his health condition.
This fact was not communicated to the sellers, and now we found out about the delay in delivery.
We are expected to deliver 100 units on February 28.
