大変申し訳御座いません、出荷状況を工場へ確認したところ、製品の製作が予定通りにいっていませんでした。
納期が遅れている原因は、溶接士が体調不良により長期で休みになってしまったためです。
その事実が営業サイドに伝えられておらず、今になって納期遅延が発覚致しました。
現状の納期ですが、100本を2月28日出荷を予定しております。
納期が遅れているため、輸送条件は現在CIPですが、DAPに変更するなどフレキシブルに検討したいと考えております。
Apologies - when I checked the shipping status with the factory, I noticed that the product has not been manufactured as planned.
The reason for the delay in delivery is that the welder has been on holiday for a long time due to poor health.
This information was not relayed back to sales, whom have now discovered that the delivery date has been delayed.
Although delayed, we can confirm that we plan to ship 100 on February 28th.
The shipping conditions are currently CIP due to this delay. We would like to consider options flexibly; such as changing to DAP.
