また、今回の研究はがん患者に特有のストレス、うつ、精神的ダメージに関して言及しておらず、患者のfrailtyは断片的にしか評価できていないかもしれない。しかし、今日Cardio-oncology rehabilitation(CORE)の必要性が明らかになっており、がん患者のfrailityをCFRを指標とし簡便に評価することは、血栓予防だけでなく、COREの観点から重要であると考えた。
