商品交換について問い合わせいたします。

到着後商品確認したところ
複数の商品同士がくっつき離れない状態で届きました。

くっついた商品を手で剥がしたところ、
塗料が剥がれた状態になり、不具合が出ています。

不具合が発生した商品は特定の商品のみで、他の商品は問題ありません。

商品は袋入れされておらず、生の状態で梱包されていましたが
一つずつ袋入れされていれば防げた不具合だと思います。
元々の梱包に問題があり不具合が発生していますが、
商品を交換することは可能ですか?

As I checked items after delivered, some of them were unglued and don't come off.

When I come off them by hand, the paints come unstuck and are defective.
