商品交換について問い合わせいたします。

到着後商品確認したところ
複数の商品同士がくっつき離れない状態で届きました。

くっついた商品を手で剥がしたところ、
塗料が剥がれた状態になり、不具合が出ています。

不具合が発生した商品は特定の商品のみで、他の商品は問題ありません。

商品は袋入れされておらず、生の状態で梱包されていましたが
一つずつ袋入れされていれば防げた不具合だと思います。
元々の梱包に問題があり不具合が発生していますが、
商品を交換することは可能ですか？

This is to inquire of the exchanging items.
As I checked items after delivered, some of them were unglued and don't come off.

When I come off them by hand, the paints come unstuck and are defective.

Only some items are defective, and others don't have any problem.

The products are not in bags, but packed in naked situation.
I think the issue would be solved if they are in bag one by one.
The defectives come from the original packing.
Can I exchange the items?
