到着後商品確認したところ
複数の商品同士がくっつき離れない状態で届きました。
くっついた商品を手で剥がしたところ、
塗料が剥がれた状態になり、不具合が出ています。
不具合が発生した商品は特定の商品のみで、他の商品は問題ありません。
商品は袋入れされておらず、生の状態で梱包されていましたが
一つずつ袋入れされていれば防げた不具合だと思います。

商品を交換することは可能ですか？
