少し調べてみたのですが、
"REX番号は、EUにおいてEPAの適用及び一般特恵関税の利用の際に必要となる番号で、
EU加盟国政府に申請して登録を行う必要がある。"
とあります。日本側ではなくEU加盟国政府に申請する番号で日本で取得する番号では無いように思われます。
インボイスにも記載頂いた法人番号のみで事は済むように思いますが、今一度確認頂いても宜しいでしょうか。
取り急ぎは、法人番号を記載したインボイスをご案内しますので、改めて見解を求めて頂きます様お願いします。

The Rex number is a number that is necessary to apply EPA in EU and use in preferential duties, and we have to apply to government of EU countries and register it.
I assume that it is the number that is applied not to Japan but to the government of EU countries, and is not the number obtained in Japan.
I think that only corporate number listed in the invoice is enough, but may I ask you to check it?

We tried to find out a bit that there is saying “REX number should be registered for an application of an EU member country, with the number which is necessary for use of general preferential duties and its application to the EPA”. Therefore, the required number seems to be applied to the government of a member country of the EU, not to the government of Japan.
