少し調べてみたのですが、
"REX番号は、EUにおいてEPAの適用及び一般特恵関税の利用の際に必要となる番号で、
EU加盟国政府に申請して登録を行う必要がある。"
とあります。日本側ではなくEU加盟国政府に申請する番号で日本で取得する番号では無いように思われます。
インボイスにも記載頂いた法人番号のみで事は済むように思いますが、今一度確認頂いても宜しいでしょうか。

We tried to find out a bit that there is saying “REX number should be registered for an application of an EU member country, with the number which is necessary for use of general preferential duties and its application to the EPA”. Therefore, the required number seems to be applied to the government of a member country of the EU, not to the government of Japan.
Using a corporate number that was described on an invoice will be usable, would you make sure it one more time?
