Who do you keep in touch with? I would appreciate it if you could show me the correspondence email with the local staff. Mr, Sasaki from OHASHI TECHNICA at Consignee told Shipper that the forwarder has not contacted them. Am I correct in understanding that the import customs clearance has been cleared? With who do you contact? It would be helpful if you ket in touch with us at the point. Consginee's OHASHI TECHINICA's Mr Sasaki said that there was not contact from forwarder to Shipper. Is it all right that it cleared the importing customs? The condition for the instant-place for is, is there any tracker already found? As it needs to explain to the shipper, we would be happy to have detailed information.
