私はアメリカのホテルチェーンの日本支社でアシスタントとして働いています。私の主な仕事は上司のメールチェック・資料作成・電話応対・会議準備・備品の発注です。今は東京に新しく作るホテルの開業準備をしています。本社とのやりとりは英語なので忘れてしまった英語の勉強をする必要があります。プライベートでは時々グラフィックデザイナーとしてデザインの仕事をしています。以前はグラフィックデザイナーとして働いていました。デザインすることは今も好きですがホテルの開発もクリエイティブで楽しいです。

I am in charge of a assistant of Japanese subsidiary of America's hotel chain. My main work is my boss's mail check, creation of files, phone calls, preparation of meetings, and ordering items. Now we are in preparation of a new hotel in Tokyo. I need to study English I have forgotten for I need it. In private, I sometimes do design for graphic designer. Before, I had worked as a graphic designer. I like designing but I like creative hotel developing work too.

My main tasks are to check the emails of managers, preparing documents, telephone responses, meeting preparations, and ordering fixtures. Now I prepare to open our new hotel in Tokyo. However, I need to learn English again because I forgot it in order to communicate with headquarters where they use English. For my sideline, I work for designing as a graphic designer sometimes.
