直近のBデータとして仮版を使っていました。
一方当時はまだ今ほどCの値が注目されておらず(まだ価格高騰が顕著でなかった為)C単体での使用量をDからもらっていませんでした。従って当時の使用量を改めてEに尋ねています。しかし時間が経ち担当者が変わった等の理由でなかなか回答をもらえていません。 Eは時系列で使用量を管理している筈ですので、引き続き回答を催促します。

So, we did not get the usage volume data only for C from D.
Therefore, we are asking E of the usage at that moment again.
