先のメールでやりとりの通りおそらくご存じと思いますが、Aの稟議を行った19年当時はまだ企画を終えておらず、
直近のBデータとして仮版を使っていました。
一方当時はまだ今ほどCの値が注目されておらず(まだ価格高騰が顕著でなかった為)C単体での使用量をDからもらっていませんでした。従って当時の使用量を改めてEに尋ねています。しかし時間が経ち担当者が変わった等の理由でなかなか回答をもらえていません。 Eは時系列で使用量を管理している筈ですので、引き続き回答を催促します。

As E is likely managed by the amount used in time series, we continue to obtain the answer continuously.
