3月11日に日本到着が厳しいことがわかりました。
代わりの案ですが、1点のサンプルを日本に送るのではなく、
1つのサンプルができた時点で写真を送ってもらえますか。
そちらの写真をクライアントに見ていただき、
OKでしたら残りの11点を印刷していただき、
electrical pump含めて12点まとめて日本に送っていただくのはいかがでしょうか。

I understand that it's difficult for it to arrive in Japan by March 11.
As an alternative suggestion, instead of sending one sample to Japan,
can I ask you to send me pictures of the sample once you've finished one?
I'll get the client to look at it, and if the client says OK, please print the remaining 11,
and send all 12 together with the electrical pump to Japan. Would this be alright?

I turned out that it would be difficult for it to arrive on March 11st.
As an alternative idea, can you please send me a picture once a ample is ready, instead of sending a sample itself?
What about that the client see the picture and if it is OK, you print the rest of 11 and send 12 including electrical pump to Japan?

I found that it is difficult that it arrives in Japan on March 11th.

It is found out that on 11th March arrival is hard.
Despite of this, not shipping one sample to Japan, but could you sent a photo when one sample is completed?
We will show the sample to a client and when it is accepted, you will copy the rest of 11 of them and including electrical pump, 12 pieces, please ship them to Japan?
