USPSから受取人様に受け取っていないかどうかという調査を実施しました。
受取人様から受け取っていないもしくは回答なしの回答を元に亡失ではなくそう跡不明という結果で損害賠償の指示が出ました。ただ、現状のUSの状況ですと、船便なので今後届く可能性も多々あります。
受け取られてしまうと損害賠償後にtokuに返金してもらうようにと指示がくる可能性がありますので、
損害賠償される場合は受取人様に受け取られないようにお願いします。ひとまずは、時間はかかりましたが、損害賠償は可能になりました。

USPS executed the investigation whether the receiver had got the package or not.
Based on the answer the receiver hadn't got it or no answer, the result was "No further trace", not missing. So, they ordered to compensate for damages. However, since it is sent by ship, there is possibility that you get it in the future under the current situation of US.
If you receive it, you may be ordered to pay back to toku after the compensation.
So, I would like the receiver not to receive the package if they want to be paid it.
Anyhow, the compensation is possible although it took a lot of time.
