USPSから受取人様に受け取っていないかどうかという調査を実施しました。
受取人様から受け取っていないもしくは回答なしの回答を元に亡失ではなくそう跡不明という結果で損害賠償の指示が出ました。ただ、現状のUSの状況ですと、船便なので今後届く可能性も多々あります。
受け取られてしまうと損害賠償後にtokuに返金してもらうようにと指示がくる可能性がありますので、
損害賠償される場合は受取人様に受け取られないようにお願いします。ひとまずは、時間はかかりましたが、損害賠償は可能になりました。

I conducted a survey from UPS if the receiver had received the package or not.
Based on the fact that the receiver had not received it and that there was no response, the conclusion is not missing but unknown. Then, there was an instruction for damage compensation. However, based on the current status of US, it still will arive in the future because it is sea freight.
Once the receiver gets the package, there could be an instruction that toku should make a refund after damage compensation. So, if you are going to claim for damage compensation, please make sure that the receiver would not receive the package. Now, it took some long time, but it is possible to claim for damage compensation.
