輸送キャリアの責任よりも、御社の梱包したスタッフの責任でしょ。
輸送中に本に押しつぶされて破損するリスクくらい考えられないの？？
次回からはフィギュア関連については
ダンボールから絶対開封しないように発送前に指示しますので
絶対にバラさないでくださいね。

Didn't you imagine the possible risk that the figure would be damaged by the books during transportation?
From next time, for figure related items, I will tell you never open the cardboard box before shipment.
Please pame sure not to open the box to get a figure.

First of all, it is the reason that you took out the figure from the box and packed and shipped it.
Beside the shipping carrier, it is a responsibility of your staff who packed it.
Could it not be possible to think about it would be damaged by the book which pressed it while it was being shipped?
