The price of spare parts are listed as an "other cost" on the list.
The day of PO is the 31st of October 2019, with the actual delivery date being the 22nd of November. Liquidated damages are imposed.
Because of the following, Liquidated damages are no applicable.
1. The appointed date of spare parts is 31/10/2019 and is not written on the PO.
2. There is no SRN that was issued on the 22nd of November.
3. The spare parts have been posted with the body.
