2. 11/22 に発行されたSRNはない
3. Spare Partsは本体と一緒に出荷されている

Since the delivery date was slated to be on October 31, 2019 on the PO, liquidated damages were incurred because the actual delivery date turned out to be November 22.
However, please exclude it from liquidated damages due to the following:

1. The delivery date of Spare Parts was not indicated on the PO as October 31, 2019.
2. There was no SRN issued on November 22.
3. Spare Parts were shipped together with the main unit.
